The clubhouse is available for community rental. Clubhouse amenities include -

2 Gathering areas
Porch Overlooking Pool
Clubhouse access DOES NOT include guest access to the Pool.
For neighbors renting the clubhouse- you will also have access to the downstairs area with pool table, ping pong table, poker table, kitchenette, movie room and bathrooms. However, be advised- all other SilverOak neighbors also have access to these areas downstairs- It is NOT exclusive to your clubhouse rental. More details in the clubhouse rental agreement.

Clubhouse rental fee is $200.00 with a separate 200.00 security deposit. Please see rental form for agreement and rules. The payment for clubhouse rental will be mailed locally to:

The HOA is looking for community volunteers to serve on a clubhouse committee to help the board of directors with the following -
Reviewing / Updating Community Clubhouse Rental Rules and Usage Policies
Collect community suggestions for improvements
Establish and maintain schedule / calendar for community reservations
